If you are at your legal drinking and purchasing age, you are most welcome to register, which enable us to update you with our latest promotions and events.

  1. How much does it cost to be a member?

It is free to be part of us. Subscribe as a member to enjoy more discount and privileges with a minimum spend monthly.

  1. Can I suspend my membership subscription temporary?

Do contact us at info@staythirsty.com.my to state the reason of your temporary suspension. We will gladly assist you through the process.

  1. Is there a minimum order?

You can order as little as one bottle, and as many as you want.

  1. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges will be at RM 6 per order, per location for standard delivery.

Delivery charges for next day delivery will be RM 15 per order, per location, only applicable for Klang Valley.

If you purchase two (2) bottles in one (1) order using standard delivery, to be delivered to two (2) different location, then that will be RM 6 x 2 location.

  1. What are the delivery coverage area?

Our delivery areas include all area in Peninsular (West) Malaysia.

However we only offer next day delivery service to areas within Klang Valley (as listed below).

Don’t be disappointed if the area you wish to deliver your booze for next day delivery is not listed. Do send us your enquiry at info@staythirsty.com.my or contact us at 019-386 6198 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Saturday & Sunday: Upon confirmation of order before 3 pm on Sunday, coming Monday or Tuesday.

Our deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm.
There will be no deliveries during Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.

  1. Can I do self-collection?

Yes, you may do self-collection during normal office hour at our office at K-2-05, Jalan PJU 1A/41B, Pusat Dagangan NZX, Petaling Jaya or on weekend at Bon Appetit Restaurant & cafe, Block D, Oasis Square upon confirmation of order. Do drop us an e-mail at info@staythirsty.com.my if you have further enquires about delivery or self-collection.

  1. What do I do if my package reach while I am not around?

Our driver will call to confirm before departure, and kindly advice if there is no reception for your item, and we shall rearrange your delivery upon communicating with you. However, if there is no reception for your items upon driver’s arrival, we will leave a notice for re-delivery arrangement which additional delivery charges may apply. It is best to ensure that you or your reception will be available during our delivery time from Monday to Friday at 10am to 6pm.

  1. Can I change my delivery address, or cancel my order?

We will provide a contact number upon receiving your order, which enable you to contact us immediately upon any changes required.

  1. What should I do if my items do not arrived as the said time?

Your items should reach you on the next 1-2 working day, upon receiving confirmation of order. Kindly contact us at 019-386 6198 or email us at info@staythirsty.com.my if your order did not reach you.

  1. What are the payment mode available?

You may pay using bank transfer to Omega Trident Trading Plt. account of Maybank 5129-7802-3969, debit card, credit card and via PayPal.

  1. Can I pay cash (COD)?

We do not offer COD at the moment. We will update onto our payment system if COD will be available.

  1. Are payment made on your website secured?

Online payment on our website go through renowned company such as Paypal.com and Maybank2u. These gateways are trustable and secured, allowing you to make online purchases with ease.

  1. How can I check my order and delivery status?

A contact number shall be provided upon confirmation of purchased. Your items should reach you on the next 1-2 working day(s). Kindly contact us at 019-386 6198 or email us at info@staythirsty.com.my if your order did not reach you.

  1. What if my items are spoilt, damages or lost in delivery?

We advise you to check your item thoroughly before signing on delivery order or courier’s receipt. Should you find the item broken, or missing, do not accept the item, but to acknowledge our deliverymen as a faulty item and returned. You should then call us to inform the return. A replacement will be arrange upon verifying your claim with our deliveryman.
